Florida Commercial Real Estate Leaders Honored By CCIM Institute, Leading Commercial Real Estate Association

CCIM Institute recognized the Florida CCIM Chapter for excellence at its Midyear Governance Meetings in Tampa held April 10^th, where they awarded the Chapter the prestigious President’s Cup. The President’s Cup First Place Award is awarded to Chapters of CCIM Institute, the governing body of the largest commercial real estate broker network in the world, as a way of recognizing innovation and outstanding Chapter activities programs. Key goals of the President’s Cup awards program are to:

• Promote the value of Chapter membership to CCIM Designees, Candidates and affiliate members
• Build a continuous awareness of the importance of recruitment through an ongoing membership campaign
• and Reward Chapters for developing innovative programs.

 

“Being recognized nationally by the Institute via the President’s Cup was achieved by a team effort of many dedicated volunteers,” shared Florida CCIM Chapter Region Eight Vice President and Past Chapter President Scott Lloyd. “The award demonstrates the commitment our chapter and districts have to its members. Our Chapter and our eight districts continue to improve the many ways that we promote the CCIM brand on their behalf,” the 2017 President added.

Highlights of the 2017 year included increases in education, marketing and networking events and improved communications for the Florida Chapter’s 800+ members, explained 2018 Chapter President Adam Palmer.  

“We are inspired by this award and remain committed to improving the value of membership in our Chapter for years to come,” Palmer added.

CCIM Institute has more than 50 chapters across the U.S. and is represented in more than 30 global markets. The Florida Chapter is one of the largest.
