Cushman & Wakefield Adds Director To Orlando Office

Alec McNamara has joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Director based in the firm’s Orlando office. He will focus on the retail sector.  

“His creative thinking and strong communication skills, partnered with Cushman & Wakefield’s best-in-class platform, will bring him success in this role,” said Wanda Riley, Managing Principal of the Orlando and Jacksonville offices at Cushman & Wakefield. “He’s had a solid track record since entering the commercial real estate industry four years ago.”

McNamara joins Cushman & Wakefield from Orlando-based brokerage firm Liberty Universal Management, Inc., where he was a sales and leasing associate. At Liberty Universal Management, Inc., he specialized in landlord representation, tenant representation, investment sales and strategic planning. Over the past four years he successfully negotiated many transactions for his client.

McNamara graduated with a degree in Real Estate from the University of Mississippi in 2016 and is participating in the Certified Commercial Investment Membership (CCIM) Designation Program. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.  ]]>
