West Oaks Town Center Trades To Silvestri Investments

JLL‘s Capital Markets announced the sale of West Oaks Town Center, on behalf of a joint venture of DDR Corporation and Madison International Realty. Silvestri Investments purchased the 66,539-square-foot shopping center. West Oaks Town Center is 97.5 percent leased and anchored by Michaels and PetSmart with national retailers Anytime Fitness, the Vitamin Shoppe, Eyeglass World and Honeybaked Ham. JLL’s Managing Director Carson Good and Vice President Tarik Bateh led the sale on behalf of the seller, DDR and Madison International.

“West Oaks Town Center’s strategic, hard corner location at the gateway to West Orlando’s booming residential neighborhood drove significant investor interest during the competitive bidding process,” said Good. “High quality locations with such strong growth dynamics rarely become available in the market, making this an exceptional opportunity for Silvestri Investments.”

The property is located at the convergence of numerous major roadways including Colonial Drive (SR-50), the East-West Expressway (SR-408), the Florida Turnpike, and Orlando’s beltway (SR-429). The areas demographics are dense and growing, with a nearly 10 percent increase in the next five years.
