WastePro Inks 15,000 SF Renewal & Expansion

Damien Madsen, Principal of Taylor & Mathis Orlando, has closed a 15,000 square foot lease with WastePro to nearly double the size of their headquarter offices at The Springs in Longwood. The transaction encompasses nearly the entire 2^nd and 3^rd floors of the building with WastePro renewing their lease for the building’s third floor and expanding to take nearly the entire second floor as well.    ]]>
