Today, there are over 150 locations in more than 30 countries on six continents. The organization is relocating approximately 40 local operational employees from its current Lee Vista Center location and is expected to move into the Rosemont Building space in December 2015. Orlando University Center is a five-building, ±386,000-square-foot, 27-acre campus located in the Quadrangle, an office park in close proximity to both the University of Central Florida and the Central Florida Research Park. The Orlando University Center offers RomaCorp a modern workplace in the highly desirable University/Research submarket. According to the Cushman & Wakefield’s 1Q 2015 Orlando Office MarketBeat, the University/Research submarket has posted the second-largest gains in absorption to start the year.     Source: Real Estate Rama
