Retail Investment Team Joins Colliers International Central Florida

Colliers International Central Florida announced that Glickman Retail Group, a retail investment advisory firm in Orlando, has joined the company’s Retail Services team. As one of the most active retail investment teams in Central Florida, Glickman Retail Group completed over $40 million in real estate sales transactions in 2015 to date and has numerous more transactions set to close this calendar year. Joining Colliers from the Glickman Retail team are Sean Glickman, CCIM, as Managing Director of Retail Investment Services, Tom Hall as Analyst, Chris Smith as Marketing Coordinator, and Brandon Rapone as Associate. Led by Sean Glickman, the team will focus on the sale of retail investment properties in Central Florida.

Sean Glickman is a real estate strategic advisor and an investment sales expert who specializes in the shopping center industry in Florida. He has a global real estate investment and development background. With many repeat clients, he is considered to be an expert in the retail real estate industry. Prior to joining Colliers, he served as the Director of Retail Investment Advisory Group for a large commercial brokerage firm, where he was in the top 2 percent of brokers worldwide. Glickman is a graduate of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) University of Shopping Centers at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He and his team will join Cynthia Shelton, CCIM, CRE, Director – Investment Services, and Kane Morris-Webster, CCIM, Senior Associate – Retail, Land Specialist, as part of Colliers International Central Florida’s fully integrated retail investment team.
