REPORT: Orlando Office Market Records Highest Occupancy In Nation

Oct 10, 2018 No Comments by

In a new report, NKF Research found Orlando’s office market climbed to 92.3 percent occupancy, the highest of all of Florida’s major markets and the highest recorded in the nation (this translates to record vacancy at 6.7 percent).

Orlando also reported the region’s lowest unemployment rate at 3.6 percent.

Office buildings under construction in the area offer little space available for lease, meaning tight market conditions will likely remain and any change in economic conditions should have less of an impact on the office market

More information on Central Florida’s office market activity can be found in this report.

NKF is also the exclusive leasing agent for office buildings in the Orlando area, including Penn & Morse in Winter Park and CenterPointe III in Altamonte Springs.
