Pharmaceutical Firm Inks Huge Deal At Orlando Distribution Center

AmerisourceBergen Corp. will be moving into a “highly-automated” industrial facility in southeast Orlando in the coming months.

The firm signed a lease for 270,000 square feet of space in the Beltway Commerce Center on Lee Vista Boulevard near State Road 417, where it plans to have a statewide distribution center.

The new lease also puts the 660,000-square-foot Beltway Commerce Center at full occupancy — and takes away one of just a few available large industrial Class A spaces for lease in the Orlando market.

Craig and Sarah Castor with Cresa Orlando represented the tenant in the lease deal, and David Murphy and Ray Romano with CBRE represented the landlord, Prologis Inc.
