Orlando Shopping Center Trades For Over $34 Million

An affiliate of The Morris Companies of Rutherford, NJ purchased the 110,385-sf Millenia Crossing shopping center that is anchored by Nordstrom Rack. The center is 100% leased and was sold by an affiliate of EJ Plesko and Associates of Madison, WI. The deal closed on Dec. 14.

The deal was reported by Miami brokerage firm The Shopping Center Group, which represented the seller in the transaction.
