New Co-Working Space Coming To Downtown Orlando

Catalyst. Like other space-sharing offices that have opened in Orlando’s Central Business District, Catalyst will be geared to tech startups — but it also targets marketing companies, law groups and other firms that do business with the new tech enterprises, said Dennis Pape, co-founder of Catalyst. Located on the fifth floor of a historic building at South Orange and Central Boulevard, Catalyst will have about 7,800 square feet and 100 work spaces with an opening planned for the second week in January, Pape said. Others who have entered downtown Orlando’s coworking arena include Canvs and CoLab. Pape said Catalyst differs from those two operations because it affords members coworking space in other metro areas through a program called Florida Coworking Passport.  

“Members will have access to prime workspace and the opportunity to share ideas and meet entrepreneurs, mentors and service providers, who can assist with expanding business growth beyond the local community,” said Pape, founder of Florida Venture Sourcing.

Memberships range from $100 per month for limited access to $425 monthly for a reserved, enclosed working space that can accommodate two people.    ]]>
