The two-story building, encompassing 50,000+ square feet of office space, will be located adjacent to the brand new 63-acre United States Tennis Association’s (USTA) National Campus, and the Orlando City Soccer Club’s new 23-acre training complex. The building, which was first unveiled at the Tennis Industry Association’s annual meeting in Miami last month, will offer all sports industry partners with a home away from home with spaces that will be built-to-suit of various sizes.

“We are truly excited to begin our next phase and the construction of our third office building in the Sports and Performance District, and given the strong interest in the building we’ve already started design of its sister building,” said Andy Odenbach, vice president of sports ventures for Tavistock Development. “We will be offering tenants a state-of-the-art facility that has the most advanced technology which will create a very efficient and productive environment within the growing sports cluster.”

In addition to being home to USTA’s New Home of American Tennis and the Orlando City Soccer Club’s new training facility and elite youth academy, the Sports and Performance District offers a forward-thinking platform for sports and performance related organizations in training, nutrition, human performance and health technology with unique resources including: a gigabit fiber network for fitness, sports and performance applications and high-bandwidth video, sports medicine practices in conjunction with Lake Nona Medical City partners, where marketing firms and manufacturers will be able to test their products and services.
