National Co-Working Space To Open First Orlando Location

Pipeline Workspaces announceD its sixth U.S. location and first in Central Florida. Pipeline is a national shared workspace concept that caters to a diverse community of entrepreneurs, corporate teams and professionals that require a higher level of design and community as well as thought provoking programming. Pipeline has been a home to teams from international companies such as Google, Uber, Priceline, Postmates, Microsoft and Wendy’s as well as professional services firms and independent entrepreneurs. Pipeline Orlando will occupy the 11th floor at 20 North Orange Avenue, located in the heart of Orlando’s Central Business District at the corner of Orange Avenue and Central Boulevard.  Pipeline Orlando is ideally located within walking distance of Lake Eola, the Orange County Courthouse and countless restaurants and amenities. Pipeline Orlando is the company’s fifth location in Florida. The brand has previously opened spaces in Brickell, Coral Gables and Doral, as well as Fort Lauderdale. Pipeline also occupies two floors at its Philadelphia location. Pipeline Workspaces offers open space, technology-enhanced conference rooms and private offices for those seeking to improve their businesses at price points that fit all budgets.

“The opening of our Orlando workspace is a natural next step in our growth strategy given the established and growing high-tech, legal and international business community in Downtown Orlando,” said Pipeline Co-Founder, Todd Oretsky.  “Our goal is to create a business and social network that makes it possible for individuals at different stages of the business cycle to have access to each other’s talents and resources and build meaningful connections that will help them prosper.”

The new space is already attracting a diverse membership that includes Paris Saint-Germain Academy, the official academy of the professional soccer team Paris Saint-Germain FC ; Yolofsky Law, P.A. which specializes in corporate law, estate planning and international business law; and Lift Media, a web design, development and copywriting firm. The seasoned business team of Todd Oretsky and Philippe Houdard has experienced great success with the Pipeline theory, where new business ventures and connections have been born for local and international teams. Designed by world renowned architecture firm Gensler in conjunction with Pipeline’s internal design team Pipeline Orlando’s design pulls from Orlando’s history and embraces the city’s rich arts and culture scene.

“Pipeline’s existing membership will benefit from the opening of our Orlando location as it will offer them greater connectivity and access to multiple networks across the state of Florida,” noted Pipeline’s Houdard.  “This is an exciting time for our brand to plant its flag in Orlando, as the city is experiencing consistent economic growth, and new developments are cementing the city’s status as a major business and travel destination.”

Downtown Orlando is Central Florida’s hub for finance, government, and commerce with more than 74,000 professionals that visit the area on a daily basis. The cluster of professional services, large labor force, and proximity to government services are the key reasons why large corporate players such as Bank of America, Coca-Cola, Jet Blue, Frito Lay, Oracle Corporation and Wells Fargo have chosen to operate out of the area.
