Monument Real Estate Services Expands Presence In Orlando With 3 New Management Assignments

Monument Real Estate Services has expanded its presence in Orlando with three new management assignments, and by appointing a new regional manager. The company has been retained to manage three apartment communities throughout the Orlando area – Barber Park, The Park at Laurel Oaks Apartments and Windrift Apartments. Concurrently, Monument Real Estate Services has appointed Summer Davis as regional manager for the Orlando area. Monument Real Estate Services manages a portfolio of more than 12,000 units in markets throughout the Southwest, Southeast, Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions of the U.S. As part of the firm’s comprehensive management services, it will implement several improvements to the communities, including the installation of new cabinets, appliances, lighting and flooring in units. Bringing more than 10 years of experience in property management, Davis is responsible for overseeing the firm’s Orlando portfolio, including the newly added 1,366 units. Prior to joining Monument Real Estate Services, Davis served as the senior director of operations for Multifamily Management, Inc. where she was responsible for all aspects of operations for 29 properties ranging from Albany, New York to Miami, Florida. She has also worked as a senior property manager for Merion Realty Management and as a regional director for PRG Real Estate Management. Davis earned a Bachelor of Arts in advertising and public relations from the University of Central Florida.

Comprised of 552 apartment homes, The Park at Laurel Oaks Apartments is located at 1 Laurel Oaks Drive in Winter Springs and features one-, two- and three-bedroom options. Located at 949 Crowsnest Circle in Orlando, Windrift Apartments consists of 288 garden style apartment homes with one- and two-bedroom units. The communities each feature a BBQ area complete with courtyard and grill, swimming pool and fitness center.
