MFS Supply Leases 11,000 SF For Its First Florida Distribution Center

MFS Supply has leased a 10,800-square-foot industrial space for a distribution center at 9550 Satellite Boulevard in Orlando. This will be the company’s first location in the state of Florida and fourth location in North America. Richard Davis, Jr., Managing Director of Industrial Services for Colliers International Central Florida, represented the tenant. The landlord was Liberty Property Trust.  

“With the housing market in Florida doing so well, MFS Supply saw an opportunity to capitalize on this boom and open a distribution center that will service the state more easily,” said Davis. “This space is strategically located in the center of the state and close to vendors that work with MFS Supply.”
