Lloyd Commercial Advisors Brokers Sale Of 13.6 Acres

Scott Lloyd, CCIM, RPA, Principal at Lloyd Commercial Advisors, LLC (LCA), negotiated the sale of a 13.6 acre industrial parcel located at the NE corner of John Young Parkway and Lynx Lane in Orlando, Florida. The parcel was purchased for $2,100.000. Lloyd represented the buyer, Nopetro-Orlando, LLC, in the transaction. Nopetro designs, builds, operates, maintains and supplies Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) fueling stations. A portion of the parcel will become Nopetro’s home to provide CNG and LNG to large distribution fleets, including Lynx, the mass transit agency servicing Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Lake Counties.
