Land Sells For $3.5 Million In Orlando’s Tourist Corridor, Buyer Planning Resort Hotel

Avison Young’s Lawson Dann, Senior Vice President, closed two sale transactions totaling $3,500,000 for vacant land spanning a combined 280,526 square feet along Ravallo Resort Drive in Central Florida’s bustling tourist corridor. Retained by Daishin Ravallo USA, LLC, to market for sale its 167,706 square foot land parcel located on Ravallo Resort Drive, Dann recognized that the site may be too small to appeal to developers. Research showed that a neighboring vacant parcel owned by James R. Boyce Trust spanned 112,820 square feet, and, if combined, would prove sufficient for development.  

“The assemblage of the sites created the critical mass needed to stimulate significant developer interest, resulting in the sale of both properties to one buyer with plans for the development of a resort hotel,” said Dann.

• Dann represented Daishin Ravallo USA, LLC, in the $2,364,000 sale of a land parcel spanning 167,706 square feet at 1901, 11969 and 11970 Ravallo Resort Drive in Orlando.
• Dann represented James R. Boyce Trust in the $1,136,000 sale of a land parcel spanning 112,820 square feet at 11941 Ravallo Resort Drive, Lots 5 and 24, in Orlando.
