A joint venture between Blue Vista Capital Partners of Chicago and Rio Hondo Capital Partners of Baltimore paid $24 million for a four-property industrial portfolio in one of the region’s largest deals since the recession, the Orlando Sentinel reports.

The 525,000-square-foot portfolio includes Monroe CommerCenter North and South in Sanford, as well as Hanging Moss CommerCenter and Goldenrod CommerCenter in Orlando.

NAI Realvest represented the seller, Cornerstone Core Properties REIT, and will continue to lease the portfolio for its new owners.
