O,R&L Facility Services and Owens Realty Services purchased a three-story, 24,000-square-foot building along Interstate 4 near downtown Orlando for $1.82 million.

The new building will serve as the Orlando-based asset-management company’s corporate headquarters.

AndyLand Development LLC sold the building to an O,R&L affiliate.

About 7,600 square feet of the building, which has been vacant for about five years, will serve as the company’s new Florida headquarters and the remainder of the building will be leased.
