Historic Orlando Office Building Trades For $147 PSF

James Gissy and Susquehanna Holdings Company acquired the historic Class A, 128,000-square-foot building connected to the 35-story SunTrust Center, which is Orlando’s tallest building. The office building, located at 200 S. Orange Ave. was purchased from from Columbia Property Trust for $18.8 million, or about $147 per square foot. The 10-story office building was constructed in 1956 and sits on one-third of an acre in the business district of downtown Orlando, on the corner of Church Street West.
