Historic Orlando Office Building Trades For $147 PSF

James Gissy and Susquehanna Holdings Company acquired the historic Class A, 128,000-square-foot building connected to the 35-story SunTrust Center, which is Orlando’s tallest building.

The office building, located at 200 S. Orange Ave. was purchased from from Columbia Property Trust for $18.8 million, or about $147 per square foot.

The 10-story office building was constructed in 1956 and sits on one-third of an acre in the business district of downtown Orlando, on the corner of Church Street West.

Mark Hills of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank brokered both sides of the sale.
