GC Selected For Orlando's Newest 1.264MSF Light Distribution Project

McCraney Property Company selected Marcobay Construction as the General Contractor for its newest Orlando project: a co-development with Tavistock Development Company of 1.264-million-square-feet of highly-designed distribution logistics facilities at Infinity Park. Macrobay Construction will bring its experience overseeing the development of several McCraney Property Company Parks to this project. Their team will ensure that the construction of the buildings, which will reflect and enhance the surrounding area through design specifics related to the exterior, landscaping, and color palette, will be on time and budget. Current plans call for the initial speculative light distribution and logistics product to begin construction by the end of 2018.  

“We, along with our partner Tavistock, believe that this project will set the benchmark for distribution and logistics development in Central Florida,” said Steven McCraney, President and CEO of McCraney Property Company. “We sought a project contracting partner that is proficient with handling complex, large-scale projects and the team at Marcobay Construction demonstrated this and more as our partner on Phase II of Bent Oak Industrial Park and County Line Logistics Center.”

Infinity Park is one of the last contiguous urban parcels of its size in Orange County. Its prime location with easy highway access, direct connection to International Drive, and proximity to top employers including Lockheed Martin, Darden Restaurants, Universal Studios, and Starwood, make Infinity Park an ideal destination for mixed-use development.
