Financial Services Company Expands, Secures 60,000 SF Of Office Space In Orlando

A Woodbury, New York-based financial services company is making a second expansion in the Orlando area that will bring 500 new jobs over a three-year period.

CardWorks Servicing LLC plans to lease a 60,000-square-foot office in Orlando at 9200 Southpark Center Loop. The company will move into the office on Oct. 7, CardWorks spokeswoman Erica Berman told Orlando Business Journal.

The company initially opened a 30,000-square-foot Lake Mary office in August 2017 at 100 Colonial Center Parkway. The company wanted to create 240-plus jobs at the time, and now has more than 300 employees there.

“By having two facilities along the Interstate 4 corridor, we’re able to reach a broader hiring pool of incredible talent across the greater Orlando area who will help us continue to progress as an industry leader,” Don Berman, CEO of CardWorks, said in a prepared statement. “We’re really excited about our growth and our continued relationship with the Orlando community.”

Jobs the company is currently hiring for include customer support, fraud prevention and collections specialists. The company also will continue hiring in Seminole County.

In addition to its Florida office and New York headquarters, CardWorks has an office in Pittsburgh. Founded in 1987, the company provides support services to bank and non-bank lenders and has over 1,550 employees total.
