Epic Theaters Inks 50,000 SF Lease Deal

Epic Theatres signed a lease for 51,116 square feet of space to anchor the Lee Vista Promenade, a 60-acre 259,461-square-foot retail center at 5901 Hazeltine National Drive off South Semoran and Lee Vista boulevards. Tom Heer of LandQwest Commercial represented Epic Theatres in the lease, while Tony Pavli and James Bold of DDR and Stacy Miller of The Shopping Center Group represented the landlord, DDR Orlando LLC. Construction on the theater is set to start early next year and will feature 12 auditoriums with bar and lounge, reserved seating, leather electric recliners, stadium seating, wall-to-wall screens, enhanced sound systems and digital presentation in every auditorium. Epic Theatres at Lee Vista also will showcase two Epic XL stadium auditoriums with 70-foot-wide curved silver screens and state-of-the-art immersive digital sound, according to the cinema’s website.
