Colliers International Expands, Adds Colliers Tampa Bay, Central & Southwest Florida

Colliers International Group Inc. announced the acquisition of Colliers International Tampa Bay, Central & Southwest Florida. With 165 professionals in offices in Tampa, Clearwater, Orlando and Ft. Myers, Colliers International Tampa Bay, Central & Southwest Florida provides a full range of services including investment sales, lease brokerage, capital markets, valuation and advisory and property management to local, regional, national and international clients. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Myers with our existing operations in Miami, Ft. Lauderdale and Palm Beach, almost doubles our size and provides our clients with the leading commercial real estate service platform in the State,” he concluded.
