Colliers International Central Florida Hires Associate of Industrial Services

David Wilson-Colliers International Central FloridaColliers International Central Florida has hired David Wilson as an Associate of Industrial Services. An Orlando native, Wilson will focus on landlord and tenant representation among industrial properties as well as industrial building and land sales. Wilson earned two Bachelor of Science degrees in both Real Estate and Finance from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. While in school, he worked for a leading commercial real estate firm in Tallahassee, NAI TALCOR, focusing primarily on industrial sales and land acquisition for multifamily developers. As part of Colliers International Central Florida’s industrial services team, Wilson will work alongside Lee Morris, CCIM, SIOR, LEED AP; Deborah Mickler, SIOR; and Rich Davis. The team has an extensive history representing industrial landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers and land owners throughout Central Florida.  

“David possesses the qualities and tenacity needed to be a valuable asset to our Central Florida industrial services team,” said Ryan Kratz, President of Colliers International Tampa Bay, Central and Southwest Florida. “Pairing him with our experienced industrial team will better allow Colliers to successfully help clients create value, seize market opportunities and solve complex real estate challenges.”

Wilson is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, and the Urban Land Institute Young Leaders Group (ULI). Passionate about philanthropy, he is also actively involved in such charitable organizations as Serious Fun Children’s Network, Habitat for Humanity and Give Kids the World.
