Colliers International Central Florida Hires Associate of Industrial Services

Colliers International Central Florida has hired David Wilson as an Associate of Industrial Services. An Orlando native, Wilson will focus on landlord and tenant representation among industrial properties as well as industrial building and land sales. Wilson earned two Bachelor of Science degrees in both Real Estate and Finance from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. While in school, he worked for a leading commercial real estate firm in Tallahassee, NAI TALCOR, focusing primarily on industrial sales and land acquisition for multifamily developers. As part of Colliers International Central Florida’s industrial services team, Wilson will work alongside Lee Morris, CCIM, SIOR, LEED AP; Deborah Mickler, SIOR; and Rich Davis. The team has an extensive history representing industrial landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers and land owners throughout Central Florida.

Wilson is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, and the Urban Land Institute Young Leaders Group (ULI). Passionate about philanthropy, he is also actively involved in such charitable organizations as Serious Fun Children’s Network, Habitat for Humanity and Give Kids the World.
