Children's Hospital Inks Lease Deal For 30,000 SF

Nemours Children’s Hospital will occupy 30,000 square feet to be completed in the fourth quarter at Lake Nona Town Center. Tavistock Development Co. Leasing Associate Ginger Vetter brokered the deal. The space will serve as offices for Nemours’ fundraising, human resources and Brightstart! early childhood reading initiative.   Source:  Orlando Sentinel
