CBRE’s David Murphy Promoted To Executive VP

CBRE announced that Orlando-based David Murphy has been promoted to executive vice president. With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Murphy leads CBRE’s top preforming industrial team in Central Florida and is active in all transactional aspects, including capital markets, investor leasing, occupier representation and financing. Mr. Murphy is also one of the top producers at CBRE nationwide and is an 18-time winner of the Industrial Broker of the Year Award by NAIOP Central Florida.

Mr. Murphy is a widely recognized market leader in Florida’s industrial and office/flex commercial real estate. He has handled more than $860 million in industrial investment transactions over the past 10 years. His team currently handles more than 5 million square feet of industrial landlord leasing, and they represent local and national tenants throughout Central Florida and Southeast markets. In 2018, Mr. Murphy was recognized at the CBRE National Recognition Conference as one of the Top Sales Professionals in the firm, and The Business Journal named him one of the Top 100 Commercial Executives nationally. He is a Florida Certified General Appraiser and a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI).
