American Bottling Company Leases Entire Building At Airport Industrial Park

The American Bottling Company, Inc. leased 60,000 square feet at the Airport Industrial Park of Orlando building at 1181 Tradeport Dr. in Orlando. The single-story building totals 60,000 square feet. It was constructed in 2006 in the SE Orange County Industrial submarket. David Murphy and Monica Wonus of CBRE represented the tenant. William Bradford and Tom McFadden of Lee & Associates of Central Florida represented the landlord. The Dr. Pepper and Snapple bottler currently occupies a distribution center at 1969 W. New Hampshire Street in southwest Orlando, but will be vacating to move to the new building.   Source:  CoStar
